Privacy Policy

Last updated · July 2026Applies to www.jobzally.comOwner · Aapta Technical Publications & Design Solutions

This Privacy Policy describes how Aapta Technical Publications & Design Solutions — the sole owner of the job portal www.jobzally.com — collects, processes, uses, shares and secures the personal information you provide through the website. It applies to information we collect through this platform, not to information collected offline or through other channels. By using the website, you expressly consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described below.

01Information we collect

We collect information about you in order to provide our services. When you visit or browse the website, certain information — such as your system IP address — may be stored automatically. If you choose to use certain services, you will be asked to provide personal information to register and access those services. This may include your name, email address, contact address, mobile or telephone number(s), PAN number, Aadhaar number, GST number, IP address, standard web-log information, and information about your computer hardware and software, as needed for your interaction with the services.

02Information you provide us

When you fill out registration forms, upload your resume, or otherwise share your personal information, we collect it for processing and use in line with this Policy. You typically provide personal information when:

  • Creating an account
  • Signing up for email alerts
  • Uploading a resume
  • Completing a form related to one of our services
  • Contacting us for technical support or customer service

The information collected varies with how you interact with the website. To create an account we may ask only for an email address and password; for a particular service we may ask for your name, phone number, PAN number, Aadhaar number and postal address. We also store information associated with actions you take — for example, the titles, locations and general salary range of jobs you search for and click on, the postings you apply to, and the time and duration of your activity.

If you connect using a social-networking site (such as Facebook or Google), we receive the information you authorise that site to share — which may include public profile information, education, employment, birthday, current city and email address. What we receive depends on your privacy settings there, so please review that site’s own privacy practices.

When you set up an account you may create a profile that includes personal information. When you save your profile, it can be viewed by prospective employers — for example, when you apply to a job posted by one of our clients, we may share your saved profile with that employer in connection with your application. We process, review, store and analyse content for data analysis, quality control, enforcement of our Terms, and to improve our services (such as optimising search results and matching you with relevant postings), and to prevent fraud and spam.

03Resume information

Based on the profile you provide, your resume may be accessible to potential employers. You can store your resume on our servers and make it searchable by third parties, employers and recruiters.

If you wish to keep your profile anonymous or your resume confidential, please write to contact@aapta-tds.com. In that case, only the employers to whose jobs you have applied will have access to your information.

You may edit, update or remove your resume at any time. However, parties who accessed our database while your resume was visible may have retained a copy in their own files, and we cannot be held responsible for such retention. Once you post your resume on the website, others may access it, and we do not control such access or use by third parties. Even if you have asked us to keep your profile anonymous, an employer whose job you apply to will be able to retain a copy of your resume and profile.

04Changing your personal information

You can access and modify your personal information by signing in to the website. We do not alter the information you provide, but we recommend you keep it up to date. Where you have made a public posting, you may not be able to change or remove it.

On request, we will close your account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible, in line with applicable law. We may retain information from closed accounts to comply with the law, prevent prohibited activity, enforce our agreements, comply with a court order or legal authority, investigate potential violations, address security or technical issues, protect rights, property and safety, respond to third-party claims, and take other actions permitted by law.

05Account protection

Your password is the key to your account. You are solely responsible for all activity under your username and for keeping your password secure. Do not disclose your password to anyone. If you share your password or personal information, you are responsible for all actions taken under your username and may lose control over your personal information. If your password is compromised for any reason, change it immediately.

06Security

The security of your personal information matters to us. We treat the data you enter as an asset to be protected, and use tools such as encryption, passwords and physical security to guard it against unauthorised access and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security, nor that third parties will never unlawfully intercept or access it. We work hard to protect your information, but you should not expect that it will always remain private.

08Updates to this policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time by posting an updated version on the website. The revised Policy is effective immediately for new and unregistered users; for existing users it also takes effect immediately, though they may object to the new Policy within thirty (30) days of the revision date. If a change materially reduces your rights or increases your responsibilities, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the website before it takes effect. Please review this page periodically. Your continued use of the website is subject to the most current version of this Policy.
