Payment Terms & Conditions

01Scope & definitions

Throughout this document, the person or organisation using the platform — whether a job seeker, referee, recruitment consultancy, individual consultant, employer or training institute — is referred to as the "User", and JobzAlly is referred to as the "Company". By accepting and registering with JobzAlly, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

• Payment and referral terms apply only to jobs where a referral amount is mentioned in the job posting, and, where a signed agreement exists, as per the terms of that agreement.
• The Company gives no guarantee of any job offer, offered CTC, reward or any kind of payment, and is not responsible for the terms and conditions set by employers.
• The Company's terms and conditions are not interlinked with any employer's terms and conditions.
• The Company may change details of its advertised services, facilities, payment slabs and reward slabs where circumstances beyond its control require it, or where the number of registrations is not enough to operate the service viably.
• The Company may change or cancel its reward services at any time, without reason and without prior notice or intimation.
• All amounts are exclusive of taxes; taxes will be levied as applicable.

02Job seekers

The following terms apply to job seekers ("Users") who register with JobzAlly. Registration is free of cost.

• Read these Payment Terms & Conditions carefully before registering. They apply only to jobs where a referral amount is mentioned in the job posting.
• Duplicate profiles are not considered for rewards.
• A reward amount is only an incentive for using the services and being placed through JobzAlly. It is not remuneration or any form of regular salary.
• You are eligible to receive a reward only after accepting the offer, joining the employer, and completing 3 (three) months in the new company. A referral bonus is paid by the Company only where referral is applicable for that job, as stated in the job posting.
• The reward amount is credited to your account by the Company only after it receives payment from the respective employer.
• Rewards are based on the referral fees suggested by the Company. See the Rewards Slab table for details. Taxes will be levied as applicable.
• The Company is not responsible for a reward if it fails to receive payment from the employer or there is a delay in payment; it will credit your reward only after receiving that payment.
• You must provide valid bank account details for crediting the reward. The Company is not responsible if the reward is not credited due to any issue with those details.

03Referees

A registered job seeker may refer their contacts for suitable vacancies posted by employers and recruitment consultancies. To act as a referee, the referrer must register as a job seeker with JobzAlly. Registration is free of cost.

• Read these Payment Terms & Conditions carefully before registering. They apply only to jobs where a referral amount is mentioned in the job posting.
• A referred profile is accepted by the first referral only; duplicate referees or profiles are not acceptable and are not considered for rewards.
• The reward is only an incentive for the referred job seeker, and is not remuneration or a regular salary.
• The referred job seeker is eligible for a reward only after accepting the offer, joining the employer, and completing 3 (three) months in the new company.
• The referrer is eligible for the referral reward only if the referee accepts the offer, joins the employer, and completes 3 (three) months in the new company. A referral bonus is paid only where referral is applicable for that job, as stated in the posting.
• Reward amounts are credited only after the Company receives payment from the respective employer. Rewards are based on the CTC offered by employers; see the Rewards Slab table. Taxes will be levied as applicable.
• The Company is not responsible for a reward if it fails to receive payment from the employer or there is a delay; it will credit the reward only after receiving that payment.
• You must provide valid bank account details for crediting the reward. The Company is not responsible if the reward is not credited due to any issue with those details.

04Recruitment consultancies

Recruitment consultancies ("Users") must sign a Consultancy Agreement with JobzAlly and provide their consultancy GST number and details without fail. Registration is free of cost for posting vacancies and for sharing suitable profiles for vacancies posted by employers and other consultancies.

• Payment terms apply only to jobs where a referral amount is mentioned in the posting, and as per the terms of the signed agreement.
• Duplicate profiles are not considered for consultant payment or rewards.
• Payment to the User is as per the prior discussions and the agreement made between the Company and the User. Taxes will be levied as applicable.
• The User and the job seeker are eligible for payment and reward respectively only if the job seeker accepts the offer, joins the employer, and completes 3 (three) months in the new company.
• Payments and rewards are credited to the User's and the job seeker's accounts respectively only after the Company receives payment from the employer.
• Rewards are based on the CTC offered by employers; see the Rewards Slab table. A referral bonus is paid only where referral is applicable for that job, as stated in the posting.
• The Company is not responsible for consultant payment if it fails to receive payment from the employer or there is a delay; it will credit the consultant only after receiving that payment. The same applies to the job seeker.
• You must provide valid bank account details. The Company is not responsible if payment is not credited due to any issue with those details, and reserves the right to hold consultant payment if it finds any false information.
• The Company is not responsible if the employer cancels the vacancy requirement. If cancelled, profiles received for that posting will not be considered for payments and rewards.
• Users must not post vacancies of employers who are registered members of JobzAlly; such cases are strictly prohibited.
• Uploaded profiles are valid for a period of 3 months. The Company will take the initiative to send the same profile to multiple suitable vacancies; if a profile is shortlisted within 3 months, the User and the job seeker are eligible for payment and reward respectively.

05Individual consultants

Individual consultants ("Users") must sign a Consultancy Agreement with JobzAlly. A one-time registration fee is applicable for posting vacancies and for sharing suitable profiles for vacancies posted by employers and recruitment consultancies.

• Payment terms apply only to jobs where a referral amount is mentioned in the posting, and as per the terms of the signed agreement.
• Duplicate profiles are not considered for consultant payment or rewards.
• Payment to the User is as per the prior discussions and the agreement made between the Company and the User. Taxes will be levied as applicable.

06Employers & billing

Employers ("Users") must sign a Consultancy Agreement with JobzAlly. Payment terms apply as per the terms and conditions of that signed agreement. There is no one-time registration fee for posting vacancies.

• All job postings must be genuine. Duplicate job postings are strictly prohibited, and the Company may delete a posting without intimation if it finds a fault.
• The User must notify the Company within one day if a shared profile is found to be a duplicate; otherwise the shared profiles are considered accepted.
• The User must adhere to the payments accepted as per the agreement.
• As soon as the job seeker completes 3 (three) months of employment, the User must release the payment at the earliest as per the agreement. Taxes will be levied as applicable.
• Any payment made by the User to the Company is non-returnable under any circumstances.
• On receiving payment from the User, the Company will release the applicable referral bonus to the concerned job seeker, recruitment consultancy or individual consultant as per the agreed terms and conditions.
• On issuing a job offer to the job seeker, the User must notify the Company and request that an invoice be issued accordingly.
• On issuing the invoice, the User must release the payment within 30 days. Any delay in releasing payment will attract interest as applicable.
• The User must credit the amount to the Company's bank account provided in the invoice.
• If the job seeker quits or absconds within 3 months from the date of joining, the Company will take responsibility for providing a replacement — applicable only where the Company agreed to work with the User as a recruitment consultant.
• The Company is not responsible if the job seeker quits or absconds after 3 months from the date of joining. In such cases the User must not stop releasing payment, and the Company is not responsible for providing a replacement — applicable only where the Company agreed to work with the User as a recruitment consultant.

07Employer job posting rate card

The following rates apply to employer job postings. Registration fees are not applicable and the agreement is valid for 1 year; each job posting is valid for 60 days from the date it is posted on the portal.

• Registration fees are not applicable and are valid for 1 year as per the agreement.
• A job posting is valid for 60 days from the date of posting on the portal.
• Amounts are exclusive of taxes; taxes will be added as applicable.
• * Fresher price includes conducting an online test and arranging interviews.
• ** Fresher price applies only for selected and joined candidates.

08Rewards slab

Cash rewards are governed by the slab below. Taxes will be levied as applicable, and a reward is paid by the Company only where referral is applicable for that particular job.

09Interview package

The following package rates apply where JobzAlly schedules and conducts interviews on the employer's behalf.

• Fresher fees apply as per the mode of interviews to be conducted, and are charged for selected candidates.
• The rate for experienced candidates ** applies only to conducting interviews; the price may vary depending on experience level and on a case-to-case basis.

10Training institutes & colleges

The following terms apply to training institutes and colleges that partner with JobzAlly.

• Training institutes and colleges must sign the agreement with JobzAlly.
• Read these Payment Terms & Conditions carefully before accepting and registering with JobzAlly.
• A one-time registration fee is applicable.
• The institute or college acknowledges that the Company gives no guarantee for job offers, offered CTC, rewards or any kind of payment.
• The Company is not responsible for the employers' terms and conditions.
